DestinAsian Media Group

Marketing Support Intern (Branding & Event)

April - July 2018

Taking everything into account, I had a really great experience doing this internship program at DestinAsian Media Group.

The atmosphere of the company was always welcoming which made me feel right at home.

Not only I learned a lot of new skills and knowledge but I also had the opportunity to meet many amazing people.

This experience brought out my strengths and my weaknesses, which helped me define what skills I have to improve in the coming time.

I worked in the marketing department and I had the chance to participate in two big events which are DA MAN's 11th Anniversary and Mario Minardi (The Gentlemen Club). I realised that I am very interested in event-organizing and I learned to deal with real clients.

It was a very unforgettable experience!

It has been a pleasure working at DestinAsian Media Group and I could not be more thankful for this wonderful experience.

Got the chance to participate at one of Raito's showcase as their Sales Assistant.

As a brand, Raito love to showcase their products in a very unique presentation and they always have a story behind every showcase.

The showcase that I participated in was called MUSUBI (結び /moo-sue-bee/). MUSUBI means a knot; connecting two things or people.

This showcase included a live performance. Raito hired lots of participants for the performance. The participants wore off-white uniform and their faces were wrapped in strings. They were told to stand still at a certain formation and change their position to a new formation according to the song's rhythm.

The showcase went really well!

A lot of famous Indonesian fashion bloggers like Olivia Lazuardy, Elxi Elvina and Ayla Dimitri came to the showcase.

Through this experience, I gained my knowledge on how to be a sales assistant and also improved my communication skill.

I am so grateful to be a part of MUSUBI.
